My name is Lou Swartz and I am a proud member of the culinary profession. I have been cooking for twenty years now and couldn't think of a more rewarding career to be a part of!
Graduating from L'Academie de Cuisine in 1996, I soon after became a pastry chef in Washington, D.C. getting an opportunity to cook for President and First Lady Bill Clinton for their Second Presidential Inaugural celebration, and had the pleasure to cook for many of our senators and foreign ambassadors.
After leaving Washington, D.C., I moved to Philadelphia for a few years and in 2000 moved to Phoenix where I was fortunate enough to have worked at Michael's at the Citadel, The Phoenician Resort and the Westin Kierland Resort. Currently, I am a personal chef and culinary instructor, teaching cooking and dinner parties around the Valley.
If you're serious about learning how to cook, or just want to throw a cooking party, give Chef Lou and his awesome culinary team a call! Not only is it educational, but just as entertaining as it is informative. And, don't be afraid to join in and be a part of the fun, I always welcome class participation!
Give us a call and get the party started!
